Haaa... mesti ramai terkezuuut pasal headline atas tadi kan? Ini adalah berita mengenai syarikat pembuat roti terbesar di Malaysia dan masih menjadi pilihan utama dalam kalangan pengguna Malaysia.
Ceritanya macam ni, ada satu e-mail yang telah tersebar dengan cubaan untuk mencetuskan situasi perkauman antara masyarakat Malaysia. Ada email ni yang telah saya baca, mereka mempertikaikan mengenai syarikat roti di atas yang dimiliki oleh bangsa lain.. Ini adalah contohnya:
1. Gardenia:" Jangan beli roti Gardenia, dulu memanglah syarikat dari Sabah, tapi dah kena jual kat QAF Limited Singapore, so roti tu Singapore punya, kalau kita beli kita mengayakan Singapore"....
2. Gardenia: " Roti Gardenia tu dibuat dari gelatin babi. Tu yang dok sedap ngan lembut semacam je.. Lagi satu ada pegangan Yahudi"
3. High 5:" Roti ni tempat kilang dia kotor gila.... Siap boleh pijak doh roti atas lantai lagi dengan kaki... Macam b!#i roti dia... xpayah la nak beli... Mengarut.."
4. "Jom kita beli roti High 5 sebab ada Silverbird... Silverbird ni Tabung Haji ada share 30%.. so kompom la Islamik (boleh caya ke)... bukannya macam roti lain..."

Gameplay in Mass Effect 3 will be influenced by decisions from Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 and have settings throughout the galaxy, including Earth and Mars.
Combat has been changed and refined; in particular, the cover system
has been improved, there will be more options for moving around the
battlefield, instant melee kills and more conventional grenades will be
introduced as well as improved artificial intelligence. A four player multiplayerco-op mode will also be available.[15]
Mass Effect 3 will follow from the events of the Mass Effect 2 DLC expansion Arrival and follows Commander Shepard's mission to save the galaxy from the Reapers
by rallying civilizations of the galaxy together, while also having to
deal with Cerberus, who have decided to turn against him/her.

Players with saved files from Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 will be given the option of importing them into Mass Effect 3.[17] If a saved file is imported, over 1,000 variables will be pulled that will help shape how the final chapter is experienced.[18]
If there are no saved files available, there will be no origin-story
comic for new players to help them make quick decisions like there was
in Mass Effect 2.[19]
Imported characters' appearance and class will be changeable, with more
features and hair-styles included in the character creator than in Mass Effect 2.[20][6] Commander Shepard will always start the game with some powers.[16] Upon finishing the game, there will be a New Game+
option that allows players to continue playing after the main story
ends or start again with their finished Shepard and collect items they
missed the first time around.[21] The game will have 82 minutes of cut-scenes.[22] Mass Effect 3 will have three pre-set campaign modes: Action Mode, Story Mode, and RPG Mode.[23]
In Action Mode, conversations will have automatic replies and a normal
combat difficulty. In Story Mode, conversations will have manual replies
and a minimal combat difficulty. In RPG Mode, conversations will have
manual replies and a normal combat difficulty. This last mode is
reflective of the typical Mass Effect series experience. Overall, the RPG elements in the game have been improved over those in Mass Effect 2, with a more detailed leveling up system and increased weapon customization.[24]
To level up characters, players will have skills that start along a
single path and then eventually splinter into two branches where they
can select only one upgrade or the other along a sequence of
possibilities.[25] Players will also be able to customize their weapons with different scopes, mods, barrels and ammo types.[26] There will be 25 weapon mods total — five per weapon type — and each of them will have multiple power levels to collect.[27] The game will include mini-games (although planet scanning is unlikely to return) and Hammerhead and Mako missions.[6] To select dialog options, players can use Kinect to speak their choices instead of selecting them with a controller.[28]
As of August 23, 2011, BioWare has confirmed the return of previous
characters Liara T'Soni, Kaidan Alenko or Ashley Williams, Miranda
Lawson, the Illusive Man, Garrus Vakarian, Legion, Samara, Morinth,
Tali'Zorah, Urdnot Wrex, Jack, Mordin Solus, David Anderson, Zaeed
Massani, Kasumi Goto, Kelly Chambers, Thane Krios, Jacob Taylor and
Ambassador Donnell Udina from Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2.[16][29][6]
Some characters will not return if they were killed at any point during
the previous games. The number of characters available as permanent
squad mates will be smaller than in Mass Effect 2 for the
purposes of deeper relationships and more interesting interplay,
including same-sex relationships for both male and female Shepards.[30][31] If players achieved a love interest in both Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, then both previous love interests will be vying for Shepard's attention in Mass Effect 3.[32] This "love triangle" will be resolved by the end of the game. BioWare has also confirmed a new character called James Vega.[33]
Combat
Combat in Mass Effect 3 has been changed and refined from Mass Effect 2, and further emphasis has been put on third-person perspective aspects to make the game more commercially viable.[34] In a preview for IGN, editor Arthur Gies went so far as to say the game "plays like a shooter" and that "combat-wise, Mass Effect 3
is in an entirely different space" from the first two games. In an
article for bitgamer, Joe Martin gave a conflicting impression, noting
that with regard to combat, "not a lot has changed".[35]
The series' cover system has been improved so players no longer need
to slide into cover and then hop over objects. Players will have more
options for moving around the battlefield, including a refined sprint
capability, combat rolling, and the use of climbable ladders. Players
can also blindfire their weapons from covered positions, and have
opportunities to shoot selected armor pieces and limbs off enemies.[21] Verbal orders can be issued to move squad mates and use their powers with the use of Kinect.[28] Moving and shooting, a previously "suicidal maneuver" in Mass Effect 2, will finally be a viable option because of a revised melee system.[36]
Players will be able to execute formidable punches and attacks, and
instant melee kills will be introduced specific to each class; for
example, by holding down the melee button, a soldier Shepard will
deliver a killing blow with a tech-blade in his/her wrist armor. Actual,
round, conventional grenades will also be available. Mass Effect 3 plans to be the most difficult in the series,
with increased artificial intelligence to challenge players and increase
the sense of reward.[37]
Enemies no longer act as individuals as they did in the previous games,
instead fighting and supporting each other in units. Enemies include
15-foot tall Cerberus mechs, assault troopers, and ninja-style shock
troops, as well as Reaperized husks of all races and Reaper ships
ranging from 500m to 2km long.[38][39] Some changes will be made to already-existing class types; for example, Engineers will be able to build turrets.

Like previous games in the series, Global Offensive is an
objective based multiplayer first person shooter. Each player joins
either the Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist team and attempts to complete
objectives or eliminate the enemy team. For example, in demolition maps,
often abbreviated "de", the terrorist team is given an explosive to
plant at a designated location. The Counter-Terrorists must defend the
location until time runs out and if the bomb is planted defuse it. Global Offensive is planned to launch with demolition, hostage rescue,[7]
and a new game mode called arsenal. Arsenal is based on a popular mod
for both Counter Strike and Counter Strike: Source called gun game, and
made in collaboration with the creators of the mod.[8]
Global Offensive, like previous installments, operates in
short rounds that end when all players on one side are dead or an
objective is completed. Once a player dies they must wait until the
round ends to respawn in most game modes. Players purchase weapons and
equipment with money awarded based on their performance. Completing
objectives or killing enemies earns the player money while negative
actions like killing a teammate takes money away from the player. In
addition when a round ends all players receive some amount of money,
with players on the winning team receiving substantially more. Global Offensive
adds new weapons and equipment not seen in previous installments. Most
notably the molotov cocktail which temporarily covers a small area in
fire, making it impossible to pass through without taking significant
damage.[9]
Global Offensive began as a port of Counter Strike: Source
to the Xbox 360 by Hidden Path Entertainment. During the development
Valve saw the opportunity to turn the port into a full game and expand
on Counter Strike's gameplay. Global Offensive began development in March, 2010[10] and was revealed on August 12th, 2011.[11]
A lengthy public beta testing phase on the PC will precede Global Offensives's
retail release. The closed beta started on November 30th, 2011 and will
last until Valve feels the community is satisfied with the state of the
game. The game's retail release will occur when the beta testing phase
has concluded. The beta will initially be restricted to around ten
thousand people who received a key at events Valve attended to showcase Global Offensive.
After issues such as client and server stability are addressed the beta
will open up to progressively more and more people, until the beta
becomes open for anybody to join and play.[12] Before the public beta Valve invited professional Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike: Source players to playtest the game and give feedback.[7]

Ya, sememangnya tindakan pelajar yang menyertai demonstrasi itu amat berani, namun berani kena ada tempat. Bukan ini bermakna Kongsi 123 ini penakut, tapi mahasiswa sepatutnya kan orang yang berpelajaran... bukannya menjadi seperti tin kosong. Sebenarnya, perjuangan untuk memansuhkan Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti 1971 dan 1974 itu memang murni kerana memandangkan situasi semasa yang sememangnya komuniti mahasiswa yang memang ramai. Tapi, bukan dengan berdemonstrasi secara semberono. Ikut kes kat Tg Malim baru-baru ni, apa motif berkumpul waktu malam? Pagi kan masih ada.. Tak tau la kalau tak menyempat-nyempat mahasiswa ni... almaklumlah tahun 2012 kan.. haha... Kalau difikirkan sejenak, memanglah jaga tu tak buka... sebab dah malam... KALAU PAK GUARD BUKA PINTU UPSI HARI ITU(demonstrasi)... kesannya ialah:

The Paranormal franchise has been a sizable success for the studio and producers Jason Blum, Oren Peli and Steven Schneider (who shifted to a producer role on Paranormal 3 after executive producing the first two films). Released Oct. 21, Paranormal 3 opened
to a massive $54 million in the U.S. (the top horror launch ever) and
grossed $202.2 million worldwide -- besting the first two films, an
unusual feat for a franchise's third outing. The projects are made on
shoestring budgets; Paranormal 3 cost $5 million to produce.
The first Paranormal, which cost $15,000 to produce and opened in a limited run in September 2009, went on to gross $193.4 million worldwide. Paranormal 2 cost $3 million to produce and grossed $177.5 million worldwide.
Little is known about the fourth installment in the franchise -- no
writer or director has been named. Peli was coy when asked about the
project in an interview with THR in December. "We are never
going to make a sequel ... just for the sake of making a sequel," Peli

Analysts are reporting that the new Apple iPhone 5,
will release this fall (autumn), now not being ones to rock the boat
and spread hardcore rumours around just for fun, no one knows what the
next-generation Apple smartphone will be called, let alone when it will
be released.
We had an email sent to us via a reader that contained news by Cnet, they report that a research note from an investment bank claims that the iPhone 5 is coming this fall.
According
to Tavis McCourt of Morgan Keegan, the new handset will hold around 50
percent of Apple’s total revenue in its next quarter, McCourt says that
iPhone revenues to represent 47.5% of Apple’s total revenues in the
December quarter. This means it will be up from 38.8% in the September
quarter and up 39.1% in the year ago period.
iPhone shipments will
see a rise from 27 million to 29 million, all the above is pure
speculation and we here at Phones Review will not be holding our breaths
until the official Apple announcement.
It is ok to have a little
guessing game now and then about release dates, the design, specs etc,

Hahaha.... Cerita ini memang sangat lawak.. Aku terbaca sewaktu tengah surf satu laman blog semalam.. Ingat cerita sensasi ape laa die nak bagi... rupe2nye cerita lawak kaw2... Kongsi 123 setakat nak kongsi je sama anda semua... Bacalah... Lepas ni rajin2 lah singgah sini ye.....

Tapi hal ini sememangnya telah mencetuskan pelbagai pertikaian.Ye lah, nama pun KFC (M) Bhd kan... kalau restoran mamak ke, tepi jalan ke bukannya orang kisah. Kalau pikir balik, lantaklah kalo nak dapat kat sapa pun, tapi berdasarkan prinsip patriotisme dan 'hidup jangan dok makan tapi pikir' & 'Makan Sambil Fikir', Kongsi123 nak kongsi dengan anda semua......
The Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia said it is prepared to outbid CVC Capital Partners Ltd in offering to buy Lembaga Tabung Haji’s 23 per cent stake in fast-food operator KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd.
The chamber has already said it wants to buy a controlling stake in the KFC franchise’s parent QSR Brands Bhd, rivaling an earlier US$1.6 billion buyout bid for the company and its KFC unit by CVC and Johor Corp. It will write to Tabung Haji today offering two options: either be a partner in bidding for QSR, or sell the KFC stake to the business association at RM4.10 a share, Chamber President Syed Ali Alattas said.
“If they have to sell, we will buy,” Syed Ali said in a telephone interview from Johor today. “We would like them to join us. Hopefully, they won’t sell.”
The chamber says it has more than 1 million members, representing the Southeast Asian nation’s “Bumiputeras” or “sons of the soil”, who comprise ethnic Malays and indigenous people. The association wants to prevent control of these companies leaving the community by asking Tabung Haji and similar funds to be its partners.
At stake is control over QSR’s almost 900 fast-food outlets in Southeast Asia and India for brands including KFC and Pizza Hut, according to their websites.
London-based CVC last month teamed up with Johor Corp, an arm of Malaysia’s Johor state government, to bid for all the assets and liabilities of both QSR and KFC Malaysia. That would cost them more than RM5.24 billion (US$1.6 billion) excluding warrants, according to Bloomberg News calculations.
The Malay business chamber is seeking a cheaper option. Instead of buyouts, it’s seeking control by acquiring strategic stakes.
Syed Ali last week said the association will offer Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd. RM6.90 per share for its 54 per cent stake in QSR, topping CVC and Johor’s RM6.80 general offer.
It’s similarly prepared to pay Tabung Haji 10 sen per share more than CVC and Johor for the Muslim pilgrims fund’s 23 per cent stake in KFC Malaysia. That would give the chamber control of about three quarters of KFC’s shares should both deals go through, given that QSR holds a 51 per cent stake, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
The chamber is writing to Bumiputera funds including Federal Land Development Authority and Amanah Saham Mara Bhd to also back its QSR bid, Syed Ali said.
Kuala Lumpur-based QSR operates about 260 Pizza Hut restaurants in Malaysia and Singapore, while KFC Malaysia operates more than 620 fried-chicken outlets in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia and India, according to their respective websites.
They’re both franchise holders, while Yum! Brands Inc, based in Louisville, Kentucky, owns the KFC and Pizza Hut brands.
“We want to use QSR and KFC in the development of entrepreneurs,” Syed Ali said. “We can add another 1,000 outlets, double the number of franchises. We would distribute 70 per cent of these to Bumiputeras Credit To: Bloomberg
Bagi kami kalau individu tersebut bernama Ali Bin Abu (bukan nama sebenar) ataupun artis Malaysia, kami tidak ambil pusing sangat. Tetapi jika namanya Nur Amalina Che Bakri satu nama yang pernah menggemparkan negara satu ketika dahulu di mana beliau berjaya memperolehi 17 A1 semasa keputusan SPM 2004, bagi kami ia harus diberikan perhatian.
Sehinggakan selepas itu, “fenomena Nur Amalina” terus-menerus menyelubungi kalangan adik-adik kita yang bakal menduduki peperiksaan SPM setiap tahun. Kalau ditanya kepada mereka, ramai yang akan menjawab :

Sampai begitu sekali. Lagi satu, kalau Nur Amalina Che Bakri berpakaian tidak senonoh daripada mula, kami kurang ambil pusing. Tetapi berlainan apa yang kita lihat sekarang ini. Mungkin inilah yang dinamakan kejutan budaya?
Isu pelajar-pelajar yang berjaya terbang ke negara orang untuk menuntut ilmu ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi setiap tahun, bagi kami tidak boleh dipandang ringan. Sejarah sudah membuktikan daripada kalangan ini ramai yang akhirnya :
Negatifnya : Hanyut bersama-sama dengan kebebasan yang mula “mereka” perolehi sejak berada di negara orang.(Ini yang kita patut elakkan)

Kami yakin pasti akan ada yang mengatakan :
“Ala…baru tak pakai tudung, buka sini sikit sana sikit”. Takkan itupun nak dihebohkan.
Okey…..Pertama apa yang kami nak katakan di sini Nur Amalina Che Bakri hanyalah satu contoh sahaja. Persoalan yang cuba kami tampilkan di sini, adakah kita mahu melihat keadaan menjadi lebih teruk, baru kita semua mula mahu nak melatah? Contoh? Lihat apa yang terjadi adik Ariff Alfian dan …………………..? Erm…..Dah terlambat dah.
Disebabkan beliau rakyat Malaysia, mempunyai kebolehan tersendiri, berpenampilan bersih pada mulanya dan paling pentingnya kami sayangkan beliau, itulah antara sebab kami menegur beliau. Kami menegur bererti kami sayangkan beliau (Nur Amalina) “ibarat permata bagi negara”.
Kejutan budaya tidak mengenal mangsa. Baik penuntut di Malaysia mahupun penuntut Malaysia di luar negara sana. Kalau anda tidak kuat & pandai menjaga diri, anda akan hanyut. Lebih-lebih lagi adik-adik yang baru nak mengenal apa itu erti “kebebasan”.
